Who is Oscar Cerezales?
Born in Barcelona (Spain), Oscar Cerezales has been working in the meetings industry for more than 25 years. Currently, he is a member of the Board of Trustees for PCMA, Chair of the ICESAP Advisory Board and member of the Scientific Board for the Latin American Association of Convention Bureaus. In the past Oscar has also been a member of the PCMA Board and he is past President of the MPI Spanish Chapter
He currently works at MCI Group. MCI Group is dedicated to the consulting and strategic management for companies and association, organisation of congresses and corporate events, After running the association business development business unit for MCI in Geneva, Oscar moved to Sao Paulo, Brazil to manage MCI throughout the Americas region.
Since 2012 Oscar resides in Singapore and manages the Asia-Pacific region. Oscar has been a professor at universities in Barcelona, London and Milan. In addition to collaborating with various industry publications. He also is a member of several destination advisory boards. Oscar is the father of three children and loves nature and endurance sports.
