M.Fatih Akbulut was born in Istanbul on November 7, 1982 where he completed his elementry and middle school. He has moved to Houston, Texas with his family when he was 15. As a first step in business, at the age of 17, he registered his first company, Ambassador Trading, while he was still in Bellaire High School. The company grew while he was studying Economics at Arizona State University. He sold all of his shares in 2006 moving back to Turkey for new ventures. By 2009, he gathered all these ventures under Caya Group focusing mainly in the African continent and several East African countries. As Caya Events, he has organized many conventions, forums and business collaboration events in Turkey and Africa. In 2012 with a group of businessmen, they have found TABA (Turkish African Business Association) which he serves as President today,while he is still the CEO of Caya Group.
