Dr. Nilsun Tümer is the Managing Partner of Hotel&More, a boutique consultancy firm providing advisory for real estate investment projects. She primarily works in the field of hotel investments providing services including concept development, operator selection, contract negotiation, feasibility, valuation as well as providing buy/sell side advisory.

Nilsun is a part-time lecturer at Boğaziçi University, Vatel University and Ozyegin University.

A graduate of Middle East Technical University (ODTU), Department of Economics, Nilsun started her career at Citibank, Istanbul. During 1998-2006, she worked at Industrial Development Bank of Turkey (TSKB) as industry expert for tourism. Following TSKB, she worked at Divan Hotel Group as head of business development. In 2011, she became a consultant for Servotel and in 2012, she started to work for PKF hotelexperts Vienna as Country Coordinator prior to establishing Hotel&More in 2015.
